Terms and Conditions
Students agree to the following terms and conditions when enrolling at MKS Education. Punctuality is essential—students must attend all classes on time and be prepared to participate actively. Discipline and respectful behavior are always expected during in-person, online, or hybrid classes. Each class will end at the scheduled time, and students who need to take a break or leave early must inform the instructor or administration in advance.Any changes to the class schedule, including cancellations or holidays, will be communicated through our official Viber group, so students are advised to check it regularly. Access to the LMS (Learning Management System) portal is valid for 2 months from the start date. However, if more time is required, we may extend access until the student’s exam date, with a maximum limit of 5 months. Please note that the tuition fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The course app will only be valid for 4 months, after which student accounts will be automatically deleted for system maintenance and security.
Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device for attending online classes. Sharing login credentials for the LMS or mobile app is strictly prohibited. Recording of class sessions is not allowed without prior written consent from MKS Education. Students must also respect the privacy and intellectual property of the institution by not sharing internal materials such as slides, screenshots, or PDFs on public platforms. Assignments and practice sets must be submitted within the given deadlines for instructor feedback. Active participation is expected in all sessions, and repeated absences without notice may result in restricted access to the course. All official communication will be via the app or Viber group, and students must stay updated. If applicable, students will only be eligible for a course completion certificate if they attend at least 80% of the classes and complete all required tasks. Requests to change class timings or batches must be made in advance and will be subject to availability. Any misuse of the LMS, app, or learning resources—such as unauthorized sharing or disruptive behavior—may result in immediate suspension of access without any refund.
